What data we collect and why
Through the quote form we collect your name, business name, industry, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
We use it only to prepare a quote and reply to your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps prior to entering into a contract) and to establish or defend legal claims if needed (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract. In that case we keep it for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires.
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers for website hosting (Vercel Inc.) and email delivery (Resend). They may process data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without an email address we can’t send you a quote.

This website doesn’t use cookies for tracking or advertising. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be used.
